Fitted right, covered right.

Every install carries our workmanship guarantee and every part we supply is covered by its manufacturer warranty. Here's how it works.

12-month workmanship guarantee

If anything we installed comes loose, rattles, or fails because of the install itself, bring it back and we'll put it right free of charge for 12 months from the fitting date.

Parts we supply

Parts bought through KHKustoms carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months). We handle the claim on your behalf — bring us the fault, we deal with the supplier.

Customer-supplied parts (Fitting Only)

Fitting Only jobs cover our labour. The part itself is covered by wherever you bought it. We can help diagnose but can't warranty a part we didn't supply.

What's not covered

Accidental damage, water damage, tampering with the wiring after fitting, unrelated vehicle electrical faults, and consumable items (fuses, adhesives, cable ties).

Returns on unfitted parts

  • 7 days from delivery to return an unopened, unfitted part for a full refund.
  • Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrectly described.
  • Once a part has been installed it's considered used — warranty repair/replacement applies, not refund.
  • Custom-ordered or vehicle-specific items (e.g. bespoke fascia kits) are non-refundable once ordered.

How to raise a claim

  1. 1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order/booking reference and a short description (photo or video helps).
  2. 2. We'll book you in for inspection — usually within 3–5 working days.
  3. 3. If it's covered, we repair, replace, or refund at no cost.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law and does not affect them.
